Shipping Policy

– Baltic States 2-8 working days (Pickup Stations)

– Baltic States 2-8 working days (Courier)

– Europe countries 7-14 working days (Courier)
– Russia / Moscow 2-7 working days (Courier) 
– Other countries 14-30 working days (Courier)

It may take longer in peak seasons (Christmas time etc.)
Note that you may be charged certain customs fees according to your country's rules and regulations.
Items shipped by Courier option will have a tracking number.

We are not liable for any items lost in transit or delayed caused by Courier/Delivery service company.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 14 calendar day returns policy on full priced items. The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund: Products aren't used, products are packed in original packaging with original tags still attached, the product is clean and without damages. Buyer pays for the return delivery cost. If you wish to return the product please notify us via hello@moonkid.eu.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the time the returned items are received.

The items must be dispatched within 14 days since the product was originally received. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
